About:Guangzhou Travel Guide

Which district to stay in Guangzhou

Hi,
We have a 3 nights in the city next April - I don't exactly have a list of what we'd like to do, but I guess all the major tourist sights, good shopping and food. What is the best district / area to stay in that makes it easiest for us to get around and be close by majority of these things?

Ok, for your case, I recommend you stay near Haizhu Plaza, Yuexiu District, near which the transportation is very conveneint to reach the attractions. Also it is easy for shopping and dining nearby.

Hello

Liwan district is also a good place. I always stay there, and there are lots of budget hotel with good accomodation. For tourist sights, you can go to Chen clan Academy, Liwan Park, as well as Sun-yat-sen Memorial Hall, and temples. Thank you!
