Im from Philippines & I'm ex hong kong is it possible for me to visit HK as a tourist?

Do you have a Philippie passport?
If have, it is possible to visit HK with your Philippine passport as a tourist for 14 days enjoying free entry policy.

I have a Philippine passport & I've been working in hong Kong for almost 6yrs. I just want to visit hong kong & go to disneyland as a gift to my self on my birthday this coming month.
