About:China Consulate in Houston

Does the Chinese Consultate (houston)accept application for returning Chinese SARS (HK) residents?

It is suggested to contact the consulate directly. Personally speaking, they do not accept the application and you need to contact certain authorities in HK directly.
For more details about returning Chinese HKSAR residents, you are suggested to contact the HK Immigration Department and you can get exact information from them.
