Shuttle bus times at Jiuhuang Airport

Hello,

I fly out to Jiuzhaigou Airport on September 17th and shall be arriving at 19:25. Does anybody know what sort of time the last shuttle bus to Jiuzhaigou park departs? My itinerary for the moment is thus:

17th) Arrive at the airport and travel to hostel at Jiuzhaigou Park entrance that evening
18th) Trek around the park
19th) Early bus to Chengdu

I have read that people stay overnight in Chuanzhusi if they arrive on a late flight and then go back to the airport the next morning to catch the shuttle bus to Jiuzhaigou or Huanglong. My original plan was:

17th) Arrive at the airport and stay overnight in Chuanzhusi.
18th) Take the shuttle bus to Huanglong Park early morning; spend late morning/early afternoon in park and then get last bus to Jiuzhaigou Park.
19th) Jiuzhaigou Park
20th) Bus to Chengdu

Now if I can't get to Jiuzhaigou from the airport on the 17th is my original plan feasible? I've cut Huanglong out of my plan because it frees up an extra day to see other things later on in my journey around Chengdu and Leshan which take priority. I'm also travelling alone so hiring a taxi or anything like that will undoubtedly be rather costly. If I am unable to get to Jiuzhaigou on the evening of the 17th I'll probably revert to my original plan. In regards to that; what time is the last bus to Jiuzhaigou from Huanglong? If I do go there then obviously I wish to maximise my time in the park.
