About:China Visa Fees

If I enters China Qingdao on 27 Aug 2014 and leaves on 26 Oct 2014 Is it exactly 60 days?

I have been granted 60 days visa valid from Aug 14 and enter before Nov 14 2014.

You are right. The 60 days are caculated from the second day after you arrive in China.
