About:Baggage Allowance for International Flights

Along with one hand baggage, can I carry a handbag i.e. a purse and a laptop bag?

Sallu, you'd better contact your airline to confirm this. According to my knowledge, some airlines just have weight limit for passegers' carry-on luggage. It means that you can take several bags. However, some other airlines limit not only the weight but also the numbers of carry-on luggage.
