As 'Elders', what is the best value to get return Airport Express journeys plus 3 days MTR/ferry?

First of all, I wanna remind u that the Airport Express Travel Pass can be used on one or two single journey (s) on AE train and three days unlimited travel on MTR. It cannot be used on ferry only with its basic value. If you wanna use one trip on AE, it costs 220HKD; for two trips, 300HKD. It has no discount for the elderly.
