Mika, I searched no. 918 bus on the internet. It turns out that No.918 tourism line departs from Dongzhimen and only arrives at Panshan Scenic Area in Tianjin. This scenic area is distant from Huangyaguan. So you should take long distance bus from Sihui bus station to Jixian County in Tianjin. Then you may share a van with other passengers to Huangyaguan. It costs less than CNY 10. Or you can take a taxi. The fare is CNY 50 to 60.
