French passport - 72 hours holiday visit

Hi, I have a french passport.I'd like to go to Shanghai for holidays for less than 72 hours. Do I still need a visa?

Sophie, you needn't apply if you meet the requirements for 72 hours free transit in Shanghai. You should have your passport and confirmed connecting air tickets before you land at Shanghai Airport. Otherwise, you should apply for a L type in advance.
