About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Study with residency permit

I am currently living in China and I have a residency permit valid till December 2015. My residency permit was filed by my husbands employer as I am here as my husband's dependent. Will the residency permit allow me to study in China or do I need to apply for a student type. Appreciate your advice.

You need to apply for X type if you plan to study here. It's illegal to study with your current resident permit.
