About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Does one need to answer Q 2.8 of Visa application "Information of Inviter in China". If so, who?

Do you have an inviter to invite you visit China?
If you do not have one, you can just write N/A in that blank. The inviter is not necessary.
