Paul, the last entry date is clearly marked as "Enter before" on your new M type. You needn't calculate it. The six months refer that your validity is six months from the date of issue. For example, if your six months M type was issued on June 3, your last entry date should be December 3.

Tks once again Lisa,,,however I am a bit confused',,,the old visas I have for single entry has a 3 month period from the issue date to the Enter Before date,, for eg the issue date was 3 rd March and Enter Before date says 3rd June and Single Entry max stay 30 days...So based on this my assumption is if a new 6 month multiple is issued on 10th Sep ,,my first enter before date should have at least 3 month grace period and second entry shouild be before 6 months from the first date of entry,,,,kindly corect me as this is my assumption only.tks Paul

The staying time should be the duration of stay printed on your multiple type. If the duration of stay is 30 days, your first enter before date should only have 30 days' duration. The second entery should be before 6 monthes' valid from the issuing date instead of the first day of entry.
