Chinese embassy in Pakistan is open now a days ?

Hi,
can you tell me embassy is working now in current scenario because all islamabad is blocked by govt due to protests .
because i want to apply for study visa and imust have to join my university till 8th september 2014.

There is no notice showing that the embassy is closed. You can also contact the embassy for confirming. Their phone number is 0092-51-8355015 and you can call on Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 12:00, and 14:30 to 16:30.
