Holder of Ghana passport, can I take a Z visa from Singapore?

Do you live in Singapore or work there?
If you live or work there, you can try to apply it from Singapore, otherwise, it may be hard to get one. It is suggested to consult the local CVASC or embassy again for asking more information.
