The cheapest way is to take the bus E11 and get off at the Fleming Road, Hennessy Road. Then walk to the destination. It costs HKD21.

Or you can take Airport Express and get off at the Hong Kong Station. then transfer to island line and get off at the Wan Chai Station. It costs HKD 100.
