Can Z visa be used after 5 years?

Can i still continue use my Z type after the period of five years? I've got a project and wanna see how it will turn out for some years in china.

You mean you have a work Z in the past and you want to use it now?
If so, it is impossible. For work Z type, usually, it is a single entry type with duration of stay about 30 days. People hold it to enter China and then change it to a residence permit to live in China for over 180 days. The residence permit needs to be renew almost every year to ensure the staying.

No, What i mean is I have z type and i have used it for 2 years now. I wanna know for how long i can use the Z type. Is it 5 years or more?

At most, the longest time is five years and the real time depends on your work.

Since you have already worked in China for two years, you have already got your residence permit, right? If so, the permit needs to be renewed before it expires. When renewing, the local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau will decide whether you give you another year to stay in China based on your current work situation and your finance in China.
