About:Chinese Currency & Money Exchange

Does China use abbreviations or symbols for large denominations (i.e. in US, k =1,000; 10k=10,000)?

Does China use "k" to represent thousand, in America we use $10k to represent $10,000; I was wondering if China shortened their large denominations with k or another symbol/letter?

jessica, the lagest denomination in China is CNY 100. We just use Chinese characters 一千, 一万, 十万 to express 1000 RMB, 10000 RMB, 100000 RMB etc.
