Ticket delivery to China hotel

I see you have a "Deliver to my China hotel"-option to collect the ticket when booking. Is this possible without our ID/passport? If so, can we just meet up at the station without collecting anything and board the train?

Yes, we provide ticket delivery service to a hotel you booked in China. In this case, you can get the paper ticket when you check in the hotel. Then you can board the train directly without collecting anything.
