About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

I'm a U.S. passport holder living in Taiwan and am interested in visiting China.

Can a flight to or from Taiwan be used under this 72-hour free transit policy? What about to or from Hong Kong and/or Macau?

The international flight from/to Taiwan, HK, Macau to/from another international city with stopover in China can be used under this 72-hour free transit. If you are only from Taiwan to China, you cannot enjoy this policy.
