About:Chinese Zodiac Compatibility

Hi, I was born at 2.30 p.m. NYC on 12/18/1969. rooster, rat, rabbit and goat.missing horse=4peaches

They say 4 peach blossoms is positive? And should work on missing one, the horse?

I don't think so. your date of hour has little impact on your fortune. According o what I know, a person's month and day time almost decide a person's future and fortune.
