About:China Eastern Airlines

delay of flight MU203 from Xi'an to Hong Kong of 08/19/2014

Dear Sir,
I'd like to present my complain for the delay that this flight is having.
Now we are stopped in Xiamen airport and we don't know when we will arrive in Hong Kong. The assistant told us that there was bad weather and we couldn't take off in Hong Kong, but from the web site of International airport of Hong Kong, it's possible to see that all the other flights from 1pm until now have took off.
I booked this flight for 5 people to have 3 days of hoilidays in Hong Kong, but I am spending the first day on the airplane.
I'd like to know why olny us couldn't take off and I request formally the refund of the price of the 5 tickets that I bought from you.
