Applying Chinese visa in Amman?

Dear sir
As you know. The Chines embassy in Tripoli Libya has closed right now, and also many embassies have closed too there. All embassies have transferred all their services to other countries like Tunisia, turkey, Jordan, Marroco, etc, I'm Libyan citizen and I'm in Amman, Jordan right now, so can I apply for Chines business type in Chines consulate in Amman?
Pay attention I'm not permanent resident here
Any help will be deeply thanks

You can try to apply for it.

The permanent resident is not needed for applying in Jordan. You just need to provide your proof of legal status in Jordan besides other basic documents.
