Hi, i received admission letter and visa application jw 201, then submitted for application student X, but embessy didn't return visa application jw201. However in handbook for students is written that i need it for registration. Is this form really necessary (jw 201)? Can i register without this jw201 form? Or may i get anyother original jw 201 anywhere? What kind of documents i need for PSB?

The form is necessary when registering. Without it, you cannot apply for a resident permit in China. Have you got your student X type already? If you did not get it, you can ask for taking it back when you collect your student X. If you already got your X, you may need to contact the embassy for asking whether they forget to give the JW201 to you. For the documents you need for PSB, what do you mean? Do you mean the documents for applying resident permit at local PSB?
