A Namibian citize do i need a Invitation letter for the use of applying for Chinese Tourist Visa?

The invitation letter is necessary.
If you can can provide your round trip tickets to China and hotel booking in China when applying for a tourist L, you do not need to provide the invitation letter. Otherwise, the letter is necessary.
