There is no direct bus in operation. U can take a taxi from the airport to local Licun Bus Station or West Bus Station. At either of them, you can easily take a bus to Wuyuan. I remember the buses from the West Bus Station leave from 08:00 to 14:00, four in total. And the buses from Licun Bus Station are scheduled from 06:30 to around 16:20.
