For your plan, I suggest you take a ferry from Macao to China Ferry Terminal and get back from HK-Macao Ferry Terminal.

Upon getting to China Ferry Terminal, you can walk to the Avenue of Stars for a visit. After that, take Tsuen Wan MTR line to Yau Ma Tei, which is close to Ladies' Market. Then you can walk to Mong Kok or use the same MTR line to reach.

Afterwards, at Mongkok station, take Tsuen Wan line to Lai King, where transfer to Tung Chung and get off at Tung Chung. Getting out of the MTR station and you can easily walk to Citygate Outlet. Then use Tung Chung line to get off at HK Station and walk to Lan Kwai Fong. To Hk-Macao Ferry Terminal, you can walk there in around 1,000 meters or take Island line at Central to get off at Sheung Wan station.

1. No, they are different terminals. The China Ferry Terminal is near Tsim Sha Tsui and HK-Macao Ferry Terminal is near Sheung Wan.
2. Yes, the Avenue of Stars are within walking distance to the ferry terminal, around 15min's walk. The signages to the avenue are very clear.
3. The stores on Ladies' Street start operating around 11:00.
4. Sorry, actually the closet MTR station to the street is Mong Kok and the exit E2 is recommended.
5. Yes, Tung Chung line is a MTR line.
