About:Visa Policy of China

What are the rule for an M visa in China? I am a Canadian

Can I work in China with a M type but be paid offshore? The compnay I work for is Chinese but they would like to pay me Offshore. I am 68 years old so cannot get a Z type. What are the regulations?

Adrian, it's illegal to work with M type in China, according to Chinese Entry and Exit Mangement Law. You'd better not take a risk. If you were caught, you would have been fined. This record may affect your future applications for Chinese visa.

You are right. It's unlikely that you will have a Z type because of your age.
