dotted lines on your train map

what are the small dotted lines on the map (not he solid lines) I am looking at a rail trip from Lanzhou to Jiuzhaigou

dotted lines means the railway is under construction.
rail trip from Lanzhou to Jiuzhaigou is not available. I went to Jiuzhaigou this July and saw railways were still being constructed. I heard that the construction will be complete in 2 or 3 years.
