Staying at serenity resort in sanya, where to find grocery store that sells milk and indian stuff?

You must refer to the Serenity Coast Resort on Xiaodonghai Road. Well, around 4km from your resort, I know there is a Summer Mall in Dadonghai area, where you may find what you want.
