Golden Week for Hong Kong

I will be in Hong Kong the evening of Oct 6 and leaving Oct 10.
Will I hit the crowds from mainland China who travel to Hong Kong for the Golden week?
If I do, is it very bad?

Please do not worry. When you reach HK, the Golden week, from Oct 1 to Oct 7, has almost ended. So you will not meet the crowds from mainland China.
