we reaching east nanjing shanghai around 10:30 pm, is it a right time to visit BUND area Huangpu ?

is there any night shopping market near east nanjing ?

Yes, at that time you can enjoy the night scene by the Huangpu River, but for shopping i'm afraid most markets are closed.
