About:Adopt Chinese Children

Is it easier for a foreigner couple to adopt in China when we are living here?

We are a Spanish couple living in Shenzhen, married with no children (yet). We both work for HK companies and will soon join the Shenzhen university to improve our chinese. We are 37 and 38 years old, and we own 2 apartments in Spain. We have been living in Hong Kong for two years and in Shenzhen for 6 months. We would like to know if it could be easier for us to adopt a chinese child now that we are living in China, and where could we ask for further information. Thanks in advance for your help.

It may be easier, but not certain.
If you want to know, it is suggested to consult the China Center for Children's Welfare and Adoption.
