About:Chinese Zodiac

What are all my signs?

I've been reading up on Chinese Zodiac and there's a lot I don't understand. I was born on October 25, 199 and I've read that there's differences in year/month/day/hour to where I'm a Rabbit,Dog,Goat, and my element is Wood? Could you please explain that or something please and thank you.
