About:Chinese Embassy in Peru

What passport should I use for China visa application?

Hi

I currently reside in Miami and I am both Peruvian and American Citizen and I have both passports...I was wondering if I could apply for a Chinese type with my Peruvian passport in the Embassy in Miami since it would be cheaper...

You can try to use your Peruvian passport in Consulate-General in Huston to apply. For applying, you need to provide the your legal status in USA.

Personally speaking, it is suggested to apply with your American passports. Although it is a little bit expensive, it is convenient to travel with a USA passport in China.
