Saudi in Manila, can I apply?

I am Saudi tourist in Manila for few weeks and plan to visit China, is it possible for me to apply for visa from Manila or I must do it in Saudi Arabia?

Since you are a tourist in Manila, it is almost impossible to get a Chinese tourist L to China in Manila. Only under some special situatins, the officers will choose issue you one to China if you can provide necessary documents such as your proof of work and other documents the embassy needs.

If possible,it is suggested to go back to your home country to apply. If you cannot go, you are suggested to find a HK's tour agency to help you to apply one.
