How can I arrive Shaolin temple from Zhengzhou railway station..??

I hope to arrive Zhengzhou railway station at 06:00. how can i take the bus from Zhengzhou railway station to the temple..??
And I have to catch return train from Zhengzhou railway station at 16.30. So how can I come back from the temple to Zhengzhou railway station before 15:30..??
Is this time period enough for visit this temple..?? Is it possible..??
And I want to know what is the time the Martial Art show start..??
