Mobile local sim card availabe (with data plan) either at Chengdu or JiuZhaiGou Aiport?

Hi, Appreciate if anyone know if there is a mobile phone shop at CD or JiuZhaiGou Aiport that I could buy a local sim card? Thanks,

There is no shop selling the sim card in the airports.
