If I want to go to quarry bay sould I change to the purple line at North Point or i should exit 1 station after North Point

You should get off at the Quarry Bay Station directly.The purple line you mentioned is the Tseung Kwan O Line. Quarry Bay and North Point are both the MTR stations of the Island Line and Tseung Kwan O line.
