What is the cost of visa to enter Macau and where do I send application form

If you stay in Macau for no more than 30 days, you can enjoy the free-entry policy to Macau. If you stay longer than that, you need to applyin advance through your local nearby Chinese embassy/consulate. The application fee is 100MOP.
