Hey, it should be He Bei Passenger Transport Center. In Chinese, it is called He Bei Ke Yun Zhan (河北客运站). The bus station is located at no. 39, Jianchan Road. You can take bus no. 1, 27, 675 or 869 to get off at Gongchengxuexiao (工程学校) station and then walk around 110 meters to find the bus station.
