Parcel still not arrived after a month, help!

My parcel was shipped on the 7th July and still not arrived! Tracking number is RM204749395CN if someone could help would be great!

RM204749395CN Arrival at inward office of exchange GB GB Fri, 11 Jul 2014 01:44:00 GMT

Your parcel arrived in GB on July 11. So please contact your local post office and ask why your parcel isn't sent to you.
