what is the different between VIP seats and Business class seats?Is seems that he Business seats cost so much more?i only saw very few business class seating on some train onlyIs there a reason?

Vip seats are similar to first class seats, but are more spacious; business class seat backs can fold down flat for sleeping. Yes, business seats are more expensive. There is no special reason, but just different arrangement of seats on different trains.
