Holiday Visa question

Dear Mr./Mrs.
I am writing to request about some information of holiday visa ( from thailand to PRC ) but I am an Indonesian (Indonesia Passport). In this case, can I apply holiday application to PRC from Kingdom Of Thailand, by Embassy of PRC in the Kingdom of thailand? Your informations is needed, In this regard, we are looking for your further communication.

Arnold, you'd better call the embassy to confirm if you can apply there. My friend is from USA and he applied successfully in Thailand.
