How much does it cost to go fishing with the fishermen that use the birds to fish?

Where and when can I find them going to fish?
I plan on taking a 6am-ish bus from Yangshou and arriving on Xingping about 7am. Is this too late?
How long do they take you out for?
Are there fishermen that would also take me from Yucan (fishing village) to Xingping while fishing? Or the opposite direction?
How long would that take in a bamboo raft?
