Where and when can I find them going to fish?I plan on taking a 6am-ish bus from Yangshou and arriving on Xingping about 7am. Is this too late?How long do they take you out for?Are there fishermen that would also take me from Yucan (fishing village) to Xingping while fishing? Or the opposite direction?How long would that take in a bamboo raft?Prices??Thank you

It is not late for fishing then. But to avoid the language problem, you'd better have a Chinese accompanied. And he or she can also contact/arrange everything for you in advance. And the bamboo raft may take you to XP while fishing.
