About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I need to provide a medical check for a Z visa.

Does the embassy use a separate form that i should take to a hospital when doing the tests, or can i take the hospitals own medical check form to the embassy when I apply?

P.S How long does the embassy keep a passport for?

David, you need to download the physical examination form for the website of Chinese embassy in the UK. The processing days is usually four working days. So the embassy just keep your passport for four or six days (including weekends).
