We will be in Shanghai from Feb 16 to 19th. I just discovered the New Year begins on Feb 19th and we would like to see a festival and parade. I am considering changing our flight date to stay longer in Shanghai. Are there festivals and parades and if so are they on the 19th or other days as well? Thanks you.
