Z visa will expire on the 20th

Hello!

I would like to consult something.. so I got here in China last July 20 and it is indicated on the Z type that I am valid here for 30 days. I am done with my temporary resident thing and my health cert. Now, my work permit is in process and after that will be my resident permit.

I have researched that the work permit will be done within 5 business days and resident permit will be 15 days... My question is that, since technically I only have 12 calendar days left.. will I still pay any penalty pressuming that my work permit is done and my resident permit is ongoing or will still be in process?

Anything that you would suggest I do?

Thanks!

According to the rules, after application for the resident permit, usually you can get it within 5 working days. So time is enough.

I still suggest you to go to the local PSB for consulting detail and correct information.
