Certificate of Alien Registration in Korea

Would a certificate of alien registration be sufficient for getting the China Visa? We are currently waiting for our ARC cards for our family. I have mine (dad) my wife and kids will not have theirs for 3 weeks. We are US citizens and live in Seoul. We will go to start process of getting ARC Monday at immigration office. So should get it back on Sept 1st but we leave SEPT 4th. How long does the application take to process? Is there any other document we can use instead of the ARC? What would it be? Should we just cancel our trip? We wanted to fly to China to visit Beijing on the Thursday, September 04, 2014

Oliber, ARC cards are required for foreigners who stay in korea. If your families can't get them in time, you can fly to Japan to apply. The whole application processing time is around four working days.

Thank you for the advise Lisa. I'm actually based in Korea, so i need to download the Korean one. I've looked all over the internet, the embassy sight is extremely confusing!

Does anybody have a link for the medical form for a Z type in Korea?
