Philippines passport need visa to hainan china?

Hi ,
I am from the philippines i would to go to HN province china, do i need to get visa here in th philippines first in china embassy?

If you travel there in a group (at least 5 members) organised by International Travel Agencies that is set up and registered in the province, you don't need a visa and you are allowed to stay in this province for travel for 15 days. Othewise, you need to apply for a visa in advance in your country.
