Two Frenc People want to get married together

I will get married with my GF next week, but need to go in Nanjing because my Z visa was issued in Nanjing province.

As soon as we will be married in Nanjing, do you think my GF will be able to apply for her visa in Shanghai province? (mine was issued in Suzhou...). What she need to do to come under my visa? She curently has a M type.
